B. Evonne Sauda

Ms. Sauda, MSSA/MSW is driven to assist with the eradication of human suffering to carry on the empowering tradition of her ancestors. As a seasoned and fun-loving professional, she has over 15 years of experience working with and counselling at-risk and vulnerable populations and over an additional 12 years of experience of social administrative/supervisory experience both within the education and non-profit sectors dealing with issues of empowerment, social justice, gender-based violence, etc. spanning between two continents. Her graduate degree is in Social Administration and Social Work. She has served others throughout the life cycle from early childhood development up until the elderly. She also has been an adjunct tertiary lecturer in various institutions globally. She has spent over a decade engaged in international service leadership work in Ghana and Southern Africa where she was involved in professional mentorship, organizational capacity building, lecturing, and program coordination and oversight. She is an advocate for wellness, positive youth resiliency, and community development. Likewise, she is deeply interested in innovative research addressing social phenomena. She promotes academic excellence and wellness through life purpose coaching, academic coaching, corporate wellness coaching, holistic health advocacy, brief psychosocial support, and African-centered social work practice. Working in diverse environments has allowed her to develop culturally sensitive skills using a lifelong learning approach.
