1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar browser storage may be used to remember settings or support a secure interaction.

The session, CSRF, authentication, and consent cookies are strictly necessary for security, registration functionality, authentication, or remembering your privacy choice. The analytics cookie is optional and is created only after you accept analytics. The consent cookie contains no name, contact information, form response, or payment details.
Local browser preferences
Administrative interfaces may use local browser storage to remember display preferences such as whether a sidebar is collapsed. This information remains in that browser and is not used for advertising.
3. Optional external media
YouTube videos are blocked by default. If you allow external media, the website may load a video from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Google and YouTube may then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page being viewed, and may apply their own cookies or similar technologies.
You can use all registration forms without enabling external media.
4. Payments and external links
An online payment provider is opened only when you deliberately continue to online payment. That provider processes the transaction under its own privacy and cookie practices. Links to maps, social-media pages, and other external websites do not load those services until you choose to follow the link.
When you accept optional content, we use a first-party, anonymised website-analytics tracker. It records page paths, time engaged, broad device and browser categories, referral or campaign information, and a country code supplied by the hosting edge when available. It does not store raw IP addresses or use advertising cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can change or withdraw optional analytics and external-media consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and prevents future embedded media from loading; it cannot reverse information already sent to an external provider while that media was enabled.
You may also inspect, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may interrupt registration, payment confirmation, security checks, or staff login.
6. Changes and contact
