Dr. Naomi Adjepong

Dr. Naomi Adjepong is School Director at Alpha Beta Education Centres, a leading K–12 international school in Accra, Ghana, and an education strategist supporting schools to move from operational survival to sustainable growth. With over 18 years of experience in school leadership, operations, strategy, and innovation, she has led work across staffing, systems, parent engagement, student development, leadership programming, and institutional improvement. She pioneered the Adinkrahene Leadership Program, an enriched pathway that develops values-driven, entrepreneurial young leaders with 21st-century skills. Her consultancy work focuses on helping schools and school leaders strengthen strategy, improve operations, build leadership capacity, and align vision with action, resources, and measurable outcomes. Dr. Adjepong holds a medical degree from the University of Manchester and a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a certified Life Coach and Fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa.
