Steven Loya

Steven Loya is an educational consultant, entrepreneurship educator, and innovation leader passionate about designing future-ready learning experiences. He serves as the Coordinator for Entrepreneurship and Students Experience at Wellspring College, where he leads initiatives that integrate entrepreneurship, skills-based learning, innovation, vocational education, and project-based learning to prepare students for success beyond the classroom.
 

He has designed entrepreneurship and vocational programmes, established school innovation hubs, and developed student-centred experiences that cultivate creativity, problem-solving, leadership, and real-world competencies. His work focuses on helping schools move beyond traditional instruction to build learning ecosystems that foster innovation and meaningful student engagement.
 

Steven also serves as the Lead of STEAM Innovation Foundation, collaborating with schools and educators across Africa to advance STEAM education and equip the next generation of innovators and changemakers.

He has delivered keynote presentations, workshops, and professional development sessions on entrepreneurship education, skills-based learning, innovation, student experience, and future-ready education for educators, school leaders, and young people.
