Jumoke Aremu is a Senior Coach at EL Education, where she partners with schools and district leaders to strengthen instructional leadership through EL Education's Continuous Improvement Framework. With experience as a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, and instructional coach, she specializes in helping leadership teams build sustainable systems for progress monitoring, student-centered coaching, and data-informed decision-making that improve teaching and learning. Jumoke is passionate about transforming classroom evidence into actionable coaching that builds teacher capacity and accelerates student achievement. She is committed to creating equitable, student-centered schools where every learner is empowered to take ownership of their learning and produce high-quality work.
