Biography

Pearl Nuku Ama Aklamanu is an Early Childhood Educator with over eight years of experience in preschool education, curriculum development, and child-centred learning. She serves as the Head of Preschool and Exams Coordinator at Lotus International School, where she leads curriculum implementation, mentors teachers, coordinates assessments, and oversees programmes that promote the holistic development of young learners.

She holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and has extensive experience implementing the Cambridge Curriculum while creating engaging learning environments that foster children's academic, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Pearl is passionate about educational excellence and is committed to empowering both learners and educators through innovative teaching practices, effective leadership, and evidence-informed approaches to early childhood education.

Experience

Pearl has experience presenting and facilitating professional learning sessions for educators. She was a presenter at the International Educational Summit (2025), where she shared evidence-based approaches to improving teaching and learning.
