Biography

Maud is a  dynamic and passionate educator who has successfully facilitated learning across Early Years and Primary levels with over 21 years of experience in international education. She brings rich expertise from globally recognized curricula including the EYFS, Montessori, British Curriculum, Cambridge, IB PYP, and Reggio Emilia-inspired methods.

A certified IB PYP educator (Categories 1 & 2), Cambridge English Teacher, and certified Special Needs Coordinator. She coordinates the Summer Camp for the  Early years in her current School, Ghana International School. Maud holds a First-Class Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and two Master's degrees in Educational Leadership & Management and Educational Psychology. Her professional toolkit includes Montessori, child counselling, active engagement strategies, and more. Her educational philosophy champions a stimulating, inclusive environment where learners thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially, preparing them to become impactful global citizens and lifelong learners.

Experience

Maud is a certified IB PYP educator (Categories 1 & 2). She has facilitated workshops in South Africa, Togo, and across Ghana, and has also presented four times at the TIME Conference. As CEO of EduLucretia Network, she leads transformative teacher training and workshops that inspire growth in education. She also hosts insightful life discussions dubbed “Lunch with Maud”.
