Eunice Adomah Gyimah

Eunice Adomah Gyimah is the Founder of the Center for Applied Systems Translation (CAST) and Strategic Lead of the National Strategic Literacy Initiative (NSLI), an education innovation framework focused on strengthening the connection between academic knowledge and economic participation. Her work explores how knowledge can be translated into practical capability, meaningful participation, and measurable outcomes through contextual learning and systems-based approaches.

Eunice's current research and development efforts focus on educational relevance, knowledge translation, and the design of frameworks that help learners recognize and apply the value of academic learning within real-world contexts. Through NSLI, she is developing structured approaches that connect academic subjects to local economic sectors to strengthen learner engagement and productive participation.

She is passionate about advancing innovative educational approaches that bridge the gap between learning, capability development, and sustainable economic opportunity.

Relevant Speaking and Training Experience

1. Facilitated the initial proof-of-concept implementation of the National Strategic Literacy Initiative (NSLI) in two(2) Senior High Schools, guiding students through knowledge-translation activities linking academic subjects to local economic sectors.
2. Presented educational frameworks and institutional concepts to educators, researchers, and stakeholders through professional discussions and briefing materials.
3. Developed and delivered presentations on educational relevance, knowledge translation, and academic-to-economic capability pathways.
4. Selected as a panelist for the Digital and Innovation Session at the 6th African Youth SDGs Summit (June 2026), Accra, Ghana.
