Martinson Yeboah

Martinson Yeboah is an education researcher and leadership development practitioner specializing in youth engagement in diplomacy and public policy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science and a Master's in Research and Public Policy from the University of Ghana. As a Model United Nations (MUN) instructor, he has trained and mentored hundreds of students in MUN and Commonwealth simulations, building their skills in research, negotiation, public speaking, and international relations. He has served as project manager for the Model Commonwealth Summit and the Young Diplomats Summit, among other collaborative conference roles, contributing to the planning and delivery of conferences engaging over 1000 participants from 15 countries. His work sits at the intersection of education, policy, and experiential learning — creating platforms that cultivate globally minded leaders and advance multilateral cooperation, civic participation, and sustainable development across Africa and the Commonwealth. 

Facilitated a professional development training for Ghana International School support staff on ethical workplace behaviour, professional attitudes, accountability, and effective service delivery, contributing to staff capacity building and organizational culture.
