Biography

Vivian is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years of progressive responsibility spanning academic administration, curriculum leadership, faculty supervision, and international programme coordination. Holding an M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Leadership from Valley View University and a PGCE from the University of Cape Coast, she brings scholarly grounding and deep practical expertise to every role she undertakes.

Her career trajectory — from Biology Teacher through Vice Principal and Principal at Ghana Christian International High School — reflects a consistent commitment to academic excellence, institutional resilience, and purposeful leadership. She has directed Cambridge A Level programmes, managed examination systems across CAIE and WASSCE frameworks, and championed faculty development and succession planning across multiple institutions.

An internationally engaged professional, Vivian has presented at the Schools Now Conference in Cape Town and participated in global forums on curriculum enrichment and leadership excellence. She is passionate about empowering learners, developing leadership pipelines, and transforming schools into thriving communities of practice.
